Morooka MST 130CR Rotating Carrier

The Morooka MST130CR combines the utility of one of the top-selling rubber track carrier model with an upper structure that rotates a full 360 degrees, allowing you to deliver your load and return without spinning the undercarriage. This feature makes possible easy-in/easy-out maneuvering in tight spaces even when carrying a maximum load 13 T. It also provides on-target side-dump accuracy, allowing your operator to deposit the material exactly where it is needed. The MST130CR features a heated and air conditioned ROPS/FOPS-certified cabin, 360° View Camera, digital display, remote mirror, an overload prevention function and easy-to-use joystick control.

Joystick controlled drive system

The Morooka MST130CR is operated by its ergonomic joystick. On top of the precise control of the machine, the joystick increases operator comfort compared to the traditional dual lever control.

Safety

Wide visibility is secured by lower designed engine room and standard rear camera. They minimize the operator dead angle and ROPS/FOPS certified structure increases the safety, further. An interlock system has been set to operator seat and left joystick lever. It prevents wrong operation like unintentional input and give the security to operator on the field.

Caution lamps and monitor display have been centralized at right hand side of operator seat.

Warning lamps and the LCD monitor are located centrally on the right side of the operator’s seat. Various statuses related to the vehicle such as remaining fuel level, voltage, engine speed meter, warning lamp lighting, etc. can now be easily checked. In addition, the newly installed 360-degree camera makes it easier to check the front, rear, left, and right sides of the vehicle.

Auto-Deceleration Mode: Fuel Efficiency and Environmentally friendly

The Auto-Deceleration Mode is installed to optimize fuel efficiency and reduce environmental impact. When the machine is not actively engaged in a task, such as when it is stationary or waiting for the operator’s commands, the Auto-Deceleration Mode activates, puting the engine in Idle state. This helps reducing fuel consumption, resulting in cost savings and reduced emissions.

Equipped with overload prevention function

When the vehicle is stopped, by pressing the “load measurement mode button” on the joystick, the loading platform will rise to a preset position, and the loaded mass will be estimated from the hydraulic pressure applied to the dump cylinder. If the approximate result does not exceed the definite volume, “OK” will be displayed on the monitor, and if it has exceeded the definite volume, “OVER” and the approximate value of the measurement result will be displayed. This function will help the operator to not overload the machine and prolong the life of the machine.

Engine compliant with exhaust emission regulations EU Stage V

EU Stage V emissions regulation compliant “Isuzu 6HK1” installed. Greatly reduces emissions of PM (particulate matters) and NOx (nitrogen oxides), contribute to environmental protection.
