This policy articulates Se mco Equipment Sales’commitment to diligently ensure that modern slavery is absent from any part of our business operations.
We are dedicated to conducting all business dealings and relationships with the utmost ethical standards and integrity, striving to prevent modern slavery in both our operations and our supply chain.
In our contracting processes, we enforce specific prohibitions against the use of forced, compulsory, or trafficked labour, as well as against engaging anyone held in slavery or servitude.
While Semco is not the manufacturer of the products we bring to market, acting primarily as the Importer/Distributor or, in some cases, as the Authorised Dealer, we are committed to adhering to the principles of the Prevention of Modern Slavery to the best of our ability.
We also expect our service providers, suppliers, and contractors to share our commitment to lawful and ethical conduct, and to take proactive measures to ensure that modern slavery does not occur within their organisations or supply chains.
