[North St. Marys, 20th Feb 2025] – Semco and CNH Industrial have mutually agreed
to conclude their long-term relationship of over 30 years in Sydney, Queanbeyan and
Goulburn branches. Effective immediately, Semco will no longer retail CNH whole
goods products, including Case IH and New Holland agricultural equipment.
This decision comes as part of a strategic realignment for both companies. Over the
past 30 years, Semco has been a dedicated retailer of CNH products, fostering
strong relationships with customers and delivering quality machinery to the market.
Both companies remain committed to ensuring a seamless transition for customers
and partners affected by this change.

Semco.
CNH Industrial also expressed appreciation for the collaboration. “Semco has been a
valued dealer, and we are grateful for their contributions over the 30 years,” said

explore new opportunities, we remain committed to supporting our customers
through this transition.”
Semco assures its customers that it will continue to provide parts and service
support for existing CNH product owners until a new dealer is appointed and is
working to ensure minimal disruption in service.
